Hi, I am sure Kirstie & Phil will contact you when they get home but I just wanted to say thank you for Saturday, the food was great and the set up and removal of the equipment was so well done I did not even notice it happening. I trust you are both now having a well deserved short rest after a hectic month.
Recipes for the satay, burgers and field mushrooms would be appreciated (if not a trade secret). I would have no hesitation at all in recommending your services to anyone. Professional, helpful and above all friendly, what more could we have asked for.

We booked Bailey's Caterers for an informal wedding reception for 40 guests at our home. It was with some trepidation that we set about this, because we have never worked with caterers before, but we knew we didn't want an impersonal event at a big venue, so it seemed like the only option.
From the decision to contact Bailey's onwards everything was made so simple that we felt much more confident about the whole event. With reassuring words and practical suggestions for waiting staff and awnings in case of rain (which we did need, unfortunately) Mark and Mark helped to calm our nerves, and on the day the whole thing went like a dream.
Everything was organized behind the scenes with the minimum of fuss, from serving the Pimms, cups of tea, and completely delicious food, to erecting the awnings, bringing round tables and chairs and clearing away afterwards.
The food was fabulous, fresh and moreish, and just what we wanted for our 'English High Tea'-style wedding reception.
Neither of us lifted a finger all evening, but our guests were kept happy with constant supplies of drinks and food all served with gracious banter or a charming smile. Every single guest commented on the fantastic catering, and when we did some wedding speeches the caterers even got a spontaneous cheer!
Simply fantastic, Bailey's. Your food and service made our wedding reception everything we dreamed it would be.

"I would just like to thank you and your team for the wonderful food and service that you provided for my catering requirements for the day after my daughter was married.
As I told you I had never used outside caterers before and was amazed at the choice of food that was available and how easy it was to arrange with you what I wanted. Everybody that came to the party (around 40) were all delighted with the food and I was extremely pleased.
I am glad that I took your advice to have a waitress who I must admit got on very well with all my guests and I would recommend her to anyone. She was very helpful, kept the food topped and made sure that all the guests drinks were topped up as well as making tea and coffee. The only time I went near the kitchen all day was to replenish my plate, which made such a difference being able to spend the whole time with my guests.
A very big thank you to you all and I will be having a repeat performance next summer as the day was so perfect."

We started the evening with some lovely canapes, followed by the buffet which included a selection of meats, savoury tarts and salads. Your whole package was fast, efficient, reliable and delicious.
From the beginning, you made it easy to specify what we wanted and made helpful suggestions, difficult when you are in the UK and we are in Holland! The food arrived on time, with everything else necessary including tables, drinks coolers, ice, glasses, plates and cutlery etc for 30 people. Your idea of having a waitress for the occasion was an excellent suggestion. Sarah Jane was polite and helpful throughout the whole evening, using her own initiative at appropriate times. Her assistance allowed us to concentrate on having a great time ourselves and ensuring our guests did too. Pick up of used dishes and cutlery next day was punctual and also went without a hitch.
