This menu was created for Peterborough City Council on the 30th May 2011:

These are based on the traditional meals but are served in small bamboo boats that are approximately 11.5cm (4 and a half inches) in length, eaten with small forks and waitress served whilst your guests are mingling and networking, they are very attractive to the eye and are quite filling, one of each is normally quite enough for anybody!

This menu was served right across Britain when Bailey's were asked to cater for The Tour Series of Bike races in May-June 2011 for their Hospitality sponsors and dignitaries.
