Bailey's are experts in providing top quality food for their corporate and hospitality clients. They regularly cater all over the country and have catered for some very prestigious companies and events.

They can cater for parties of 50 to 3000 people and work with flexibility to help achieve and meet each client's demands and expectations.

Peterborough City Council

These are based on the traditional meals but are served in small bamboo boats that are approximately 11.5cm (4 and a half inches) in length, eaten with small forks and waitress served whilst your guests are mingling and networking, they are very attractive to the eye and are quite filling, one of each is normally quite enough for anybody!

Dependent on the amount of guests, prices start at £8.95 per person*

Assorted Mini Traditional Foods;

  • Fish and Chips with Tartare Sauce
  • Sausage and Mash with Onion Gravy
  • Roast Beef in a Yorkshire pudding
  • Mini Burgers in a bun

Brookfield Construction, family funday

This menu was served to 450 people buffet style. Again, dependent on the amount of guests, prices start from £9.95 per person*

Barbecue;

  • Homemade Lamb + Mint Burgers
  • Premium Lincolnshire Sausages
  • Marinated Chinese Chicken Thighs
  • Steamed Salmon with Lemon + Dill
  • Thai Chicken Skewers

Vegetarian;

  • Halloumi and Olive Skewers
  • Vegetable Skewers brushed with Oregano Oil
  • Corn on the Cob

Salads;

  • Mixed Leaves with Cucumber, Baby Plum Tomatoes and Red Onion

British Cycle Tour

This menu was served right across Britain when Bailey's were asked to cater for The Tour Series of Bike races for their Hospitality sponsors and dignitaries. We were lucky enough to visit and cater in Durham, Stoke, Oldham, Peterborough, Colchester, Woking and finally in Canary Wharf:

This menu was for a minimum of 100 people and prices for cold buffets start at £12.95 per person*

Cold Buffet;

  • Roasted Topside of Beef with Creamed Horseradish
  • Honey Roasted Ham
  • Poached Salmon with Lemon + Dill Creme Fraiche
  • Goats Cheese and Caramalized Red Onion Tart

Salads;

  • Pasta Spirals with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Roasted Peppers
  • Mixed Leaves with French Dressing and Croutons
  • Crunchy Coleslaw with Citrus Fruit
