Bailey's Caterers is led by owners and directors Mark Bailey and Marc Boylan. After re-launching Bailey's in 2009 Mark and Marc have put their hearts and souls into building one of the leading outside catering brands in the whole of the east of England.
Their premises are based in central Peterborough and has now been fully re-fitted to include a dining room where you are invited to ‘test' your chosen menu prior to all events, giving you an opportunity to make sure the menu chosen is perfect for the event, plus it is an ideal time to discuss any special service requirements.
The company is growing and going from strength to strength and is already receiving many repeat bookings as a testament to fantastically delicious food and impeccable service and this year they are proud again to have been chosen as the official Hospitality Caterers to the Peterborough Festival which was held in June and July throughout the city.
In June 2011 they catered for their first Cambridge University May Ball at Pembroke College, serving from different points right across the college grounds. They served many different types of food from 9pm right through to 6am. The whole night was a resounding success and they are looking forward to catering for more Cambridge Balls next year.
Also in 2011, Bailey's Caterers were chosen to be the exclusive hospitality caterer to the Tour of Britain, the British equivalent of La Tour de France. This started with a series of 1 day events in May and June in towns and cities across the UK, they then catered for 1000's of amateur riders in a series of charity rides, known as 'Tour Rides' around the country for Prostrate Cancer and finally had the opportunity to travel with the actual Tour of Britain, an 8 day event serving sponsors and local dignitaries in Scotland, Wales, the South West and finally in Whitehall in London.
